Are You Still Keeping It?

Well, are you still keeping it? Your new years resolution that is. No? Maybe you are still keeping it, but for how long?

The question is was it a clearly defined goal, Or was it a vague wish or hope that you could change a bad habit or create a better habit? Was what you wanted to achieve clearly defined?

You see without a clearly defined target we will always miss.

Setting goals has got to be more than wishing for a better life and making some vague decision to change.

A goal needs to be specific, something that when achieved you can say "I did it".

Why not make a clear decision to make a real change, TAKE ACTION NOW.
