Beliefs.
Why is that so many people know the lifestyle that they would like but very few seem to achieve it.
The problem is that our belief system dictates what we experience in life. What we believe to be normal for us becomes what we are experiencing. We call these 'limiting beliefs'.
What you must do is identify these beliefs and see how they have affected your life in the past and how they will continue to affect you in the future if you do not do something about them.
Your beliefs cause your feelings and your feelings dictate your actions, actions of success or failure.
You may have beliefs like this. Its hard work to be rich. Rich people do not think its hard. Most do what they do for fun.
Rich people are selfish. The message that this belief gives your subconscious is 'I don't want to be like them so I don't want to be rich'.
Ask yourself these questions.
What is my most important limiting belief?
How has this affected me in the past?
How will it hold me back in the future if I don't do anything about it?
If it can be done then you can do it. Only your own beliefs can hold you back.
Some of these limiting beliefs are ones that you have developed yourself over time. Others were given to you by others. However you got them it's time to change decide for yourself what your beliefs are to be.
Don't let old outmoded beliefs dictate your life any longer. Change the way you think, change the things that you experience in your life.

The Importance of Setting Goals
Goals
Most people know about the importance of setting goals. Goal setting is an essential to success.
I believe that it could be said that no one achieves success without setting goals. If you want your subconscious or inner self to drive you to where you want to be then it must have clear instructions as to where that is. Other wise it is like getting into your car and driving off without any idea of where you want to go. If you do that then you won't get anywhere special.
Setting a goal is a must. However it must be understood exactly what a goal is.
For instance you may think that your goal is to get a better job. But the question to ask is why do you want a better job? The answer is usually in order to have a better lifestyle. Well in this case your goal is to have a better lifestyle and the new job is the way that you see will achieve it.
You see that what you thought was the goal is in reality just an action step towards the real goal.
Another thing to remember is that to say that you want a better lifestyle is not specific enough.
The inner you that drives you to success could not make head or tail of that. What sort of lifestyle do you want? What type of house, what type of car? What country do you want to live in? How do you want to spend your holidays? All these need to be specific You must have a clear end result in mind.
Here are some great goal setting questions to ask your self.
What really inspires you? Nothing too easy now.
Is it a 'should' goal or is it something that you really want?
What would you really love to have?
What makes you excited?
If you had no fear what would you do?
How would archiving this goal make you feel?
You don't help any one else by doing what they want. When setting a goal its all about you. This may seem selfish but in the long run being your self is the only way to help others. No one else can be you.

Three Ingredients for Success.
There are three ingredients for success.
Desire – Decision – Action.
Desire
There are two reasons for us to take action
1.We have to. - We are made to act by our parent, teacher, boss, partner. Because we feel guilty forced to because of what others will think. These are obviously not the best of motives and do not contribute to a happy fulfilled life. We feel dis empowered and used. We do not have the satisfying feeling of being in control of our own life.
2.We want to. - Desire. When we desire something we act with joy, feel empowered and look forward to reaping the rewards.
Have a clear desire. It is vitally important that we have a clear vision of what we want to achieve in our health wealth and well being. There is a line in the Bible that says "Without a clear vision the people perish." The same applies to our success in any venture. If we do not have a clear desire we will wander around aimlessly and not achieve anything. It is worth spending some time selecting a your goal writing it down and reviewing it regularly. This cannot be over stressed. If we throw a dart at a dart board with a blindfold on we will probably hit the wall, it will be a stroke of luck if we hit the bull. That is like expecting to win on the lottery. A 1 in 14 million chance.
Decision
No action is taken without there being a emotional and clear decision. A decision from which there is no turning back, bridges burned and all that. Some people might even experience it as enlightening experience almost spiritual in nature. A decision to turn your life around. To reinvent yourself.
Take that decision now, a quality decision to change your life. A time of recession can be a great tine of opportunity for those willing to take it. It just takes a change to the way we think. Such a decision always leads to action.
Action.
It goes without saying that if no action is takes then nothing changes. “If you do what you have always done then you will get what you have always got”
Create a plan.
We must take action. Action requires a plan. Self motivation is probably the hardest part of any endeavour. But it is very clear that if we do not act then nothing will be achieved. In a normal day job we go to work, the boss gives us our tasks, we do them, we think nothing of it, that is our job. At the end of the month we collect our pay. Why do we find it so hard when we are working for our selves? Set a time scale for each task that needs to be completed then reward yourself for doing a good days work.
Take some time to think about what you really want, what you really desire and make a decision that you will go all out to achieve it.
